  • How much will it cost to sell my property?

    Our charges follow the REIT scale of recommended fees, and are set when your property is listed, however, this fee can be negotiated at the signing of the contract if you are not happy with the selling price.  Contact us and following a simple inspection of your property we can provide you with a figure.

  • Do you charge any additional charges?

    We are proud that at Saunders Property Group there is one single fee that is agreed to at the time you appoint us as your selling agent. We will NEVER ask you to pay anything additional for marketing, photography, website uploads, open home charges, etc.

    Many sellers tell us that our single fee policy is why they continue to confidently recommend us to friends and family. 

  • How long will it take to sell my property?

    The length of time a property is on the market is usually a reflection of price. This highlights the importance of having a discussion at length with your agent and being aware of your motivation to sell in order to set a realistic price. No one wants your house to sit on the market than is longer than necessary.

  • Do I need to fix up the property before I list?

    Every property is different. Some things are worth doing, eg tidying up the garden for street appeal or decluttering the interior so the potential buyer has space to imagine their own furniture. Painting the exterior or decorating the bathroom may not be worth the investment if the new owners are going to renovate. Talk to your agent for further advice.

  • Do I need to be home when you bring potential buyers through?

    No, you don't. A sales executive will always escort a potential buyer through your property.  As long as we have keys and/or alarm codes to your property, you do not need to be in attendance. Often buyers feel more relaxed when viewing a property without the owner present. 

  • How will you market my property? 

    We strongly believe in not just loading your property on a few websites then sitting back waiting for the phone to ring. We use a range of social media tools - Facebook, our own website plus the major real estate sites. We also believe going back to basics is important too, so we include a suite of traditional marketing tools - targetted "spotter/wanted to buy" newspaper ads, radio ads, 'just listed/sold' flyers plus we can offer the free service of a home finder.
